Fitness becomes so much more fun when you are dancing right? When I heard FORMATION I just knew I HAD to create some dance choreography to it so we could all SLAY out workout together. There will be a lot of squatting, a little jumping and lot of energy. After doing this at least 40 times I was dripping in sweat!
